• Since our products are customized, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

• Returns are only accepted if there is a production defect or if the wrong item was provided by us.

Refund / Replacement

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving the item.

• Please provide clear photos or videos as proof of the defect.

• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the agreement.
